« The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. « Everything was exactly as it stated online. Both adults and kids had a great time and there was enough room for 15 of us. Location was great. Close to a beautiful park and only 15 minutes to DC. »

The location and check-in with the only access via the back alley over uneven pavement with poor lighting to a dark door and then a dark apartment was very disappointing.
