„Cottage with character. Beds were comfortable & great location for an overnight before our whitewater rafting. AC in the living room was nice and strong. When we turned on the bedroom AC, bugs flew out all over the bed. Unable to open the window due to the lack of screens. Needs power washing to clean the bugs and spiderwebs. Communication was very fast with the Host.“

„This is a quaint, small space but efficient enough for two people to stay several days. Great communication with the owner off the beaten path, was quiet and the AC worked great. Not far from downtown Grass Valley. Would recommend for a couples getaway if wanting peace and quiet.“

„This tiny home was so cute! Our two kids slept on the air mattress downstairs, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the loft. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the loft are very steep, so would not be a good choice if you have limited mobility on stairs. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the downtown, which was full of cute shops and restaurants. This was a great home base for exploring Gold Country. We really enjoyed ...

„This is one of the most pet friendly VRBO’s that we have stayed in. The fenced yard is kept mowed and clean. The tiny house felts much bigger than it was described. Everything was clean and there were fresh picked tomatoes and fresh eggs available. I recommend a stay here!“

„This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own ...

„This house was amazing. It was so nicely decorated and had all that you need for a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck in the peaceful mornings and watching the sun go down through the trees in the evening. It was close to both Grass Valley and Nevada City main streets, plus plenty of stores & restaurants.“
