„First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully set up with two master bedrooms and it overlooks a pond where you will see many animals like ducks, turtles and many birds. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was also good near so many places to eat and 5 minute drive to the beach and it allows dogs which was so fun to watch them play in the ocean! We will definitely be back. “

„This place is away from the busy parts of the area but located perfectly for walking to all the good stuff. The beach, surf shops, cafes, and markets are all just one or two blocks from this great home. Ken has made sure all you need is available to you from great appliances to beach essentials like umbrellas and boogie boards. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. We’ve already begun planning our return stay.“
