The Edinburgh Gardens, a beloved local park, is just a 9-minute walk away, offering the perfect spot for a picnic or a morning stroll. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment provides a warm and inviting retreat, complete with smart TV, free WiFi for work or entertainment, air-conditioning and heating for year-round comfort and shared parking within the building complex

*Note* The apartment does not contain a washing machine or dryer - there is a communal, coin operated laundry room that is a part of the building complex.

*Note* The apartment bathtub/shower has steps for entry/exit and does not have a grab rail. The surface can be slippery when wet, so the bathroom may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

*All guests are required to complete our verification process, which includes providing a credit card for a security deposit, prior to accessing the property.*

Strict house rules apply and are enforced when reserving this property including no parties, excessive noise or outside guests. By reserving this home all guests agree to adhere to the full guest house rules. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as fines or untimely ejection from the home.
