End the day with a drink overlooking the water, dinner in the courtyard or a comfortable evening in the air-conditioned living area. With on-site parking and the train station a short stroll away, getting around is easy.
The main living area makes the most of sweeping ocean views, with comfortable seating and an HD TV for easy downtime. Coastal-inspired styling complements the outlook, while split-system heating and cooling provide year-round comfort. The kitchen keeps home cooking easy, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster. Gather around the dining table for meals, while the nearby second sitting area offers a cosy corner to sip a drink or keep the cook company as dinner comes together.

Outside, the balcony invites you to linger over front-row views of Edithvale Beach and the ocean beyond, whether with morning coffee or watching the waves roll in. Downstairs, the private courtyard offers a peaceful spot for dining outdoors.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs, offering a queen bed and a comfortable retreat away from the main living areas. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds, with both rooms enjoying ocean views. The bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub, along with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer for your daily routine.

A private laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes it easy to refresh clothes and beach towels during longer stays, with a drying rack and iron also available. There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. Please note that the unit is currently without Wi-Fi while we arrange a new provider. In the meantime, it's the perfect opportunity to switch off, unwind, and reconnect with the ocean.

This stay is best suited to mature families or guests seeking a peaceful, private getaway who will appreciate and respect the secluded natural surroundings. Parties, events and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
