There are 2 living spaces for guests to relax, one with a modern wood fire coonara to enjoy on cooler days. Other features include a well-equipped kitchen with large windows overlooking gardens, 3 bedrooms coming off the central living areas, a brand-new bathroom plus a 2nd renovated bathroom and laundry (with block out blind for privacy), that is separate to the main house - located on the outside deck only a few meters from the back door.
The home is surrounded by recently updated coastal gardens, plus an extensive outdoor deck featuring 2 alfresco dining areas, a new BBQ, outdoor umbrella and a fire pit to toast marshmallows. Dine under the Moonah trees on one deck, enjoy drinks and nibbles on the other or relax with a coffee on the balcony. There are so many options!

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

For safety purposes this property has external security cameras - one is located at the back door and rear outdoor deck and another one at the front door and front balcony/deck. There are no cameras inside the house.
