« The hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Room was as expected, but the desk lamp did not work, and the bathroom vanity mirror light fixture didn’t work, either. The remaining lights were of such a low wattage that it was difficult to read. I think the attempt to save energy backfires, since it just forces a person to turn on more lights to compensate. The nightly rate was much higher than past stays, possibly due to the time of year. Definitely not worth what you get for the price. »

« The lady at the desk wouldn't speak above a whisper. Hard to understand. Room smelled bad and air not working very well. There was a dismantled bed in the hallway by my room, partially blocking the hallway. Carpets were dirty and the furniture had stains on them. No one mentioned that a freight train goes by several times during the night and rattles the building with it's horn. Not a very good stay. Will not be staying here again. Would rather drive into the country and sleep in my truck. »
