„The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.“

„This is an older place in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a nice park all within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high for a short person to use. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. One thing that was not a problem for us but perhaps might be for some other guest is the lack of blinds in the second bedroom. „This was a great location walkable to everything. I loved looking at the Memphis bridge in the evening light show. But!!!! Blinds were broken alot of sunshine came in early morning. No Towels!!! Shower did not work!!! We had to take bird baths with the little tinkle of water that came through. We ended up getting the towels. Check in and finding the location was confusing.
