Semaine de vacances en Avril
Nous avons apprécié l'appartement lumineux, calme avec une vue dégagée sur le golf. Le solarium est très agréable. Le temps n'étant pas favorable, nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine. A noter, il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement.

Joli appartement pour 4, résidence et piscine au top. Les deux terrasses sont vraiment parfaites. Par contre : pas de rangement pour les vêtements et il manque plusieurs choses comme aspirateur, serpillière, liquide vaisselle, produit toilette etc.. merci pour ce séjour

appartement bien placé mais pas de luxe
L'appartement est situé au clame dans le golf avec une très belle vue et la piscine de la résidence est très agréable. Les photos de l'annonce montre très bien la location pas de surprise sauf au niveau de la climatisation. Il y a qu'une seule clim très très mal placée qui ne permet pas du tout de refroidir les chambres notamment la chambre parentale où le soleil tape toute la journée et elle n'a pas de volets (que des rideaux qui ne cachent pas le jour...) Soit il faut la changer soit la mettre à un autre emplacement. Et le seul ventilateur ne marche pas, très très vieux ! Pas de rideaux dans le salon et volets fatigués assez difficiles à fermer. Coté cuisine comme les precedents locataires aucun effort de la part du proprietaire (très limitée en équipement) et ne rien laisser traîner car envahie de fourmis. Pas de papier toilette en arrivant tard c'est pas très sympa. Chambres : (pas de rangement dans la chambre parental) mais lit correct et la chambre des enfants ont des lits qui ne permettent pas de pouvoir fermer la chambre (matelas catastrophiques). l'armoire est très difficile a ouvrir et fermée. Une poubelle dans les toilettes serait bienvenue. Bref, des petits détails pas très onereux mais qui permettraient d'ameliorer le confort et d'être un peu plus attentif aux commentaires.

Correcte
L'appartement était dans un état correct et globalement propre. En revanche, il manque quelques éléments pour s'y sentir bien ( table basse, armoire dans une des deux chambres) et la décoration est plutôt froide. Le plus: une vue sur le golf très agréable et un jardin avec piscine très beau.

Appartement moderne bien situé avec grande terrasse
L’appartement est spacieux, joli, calme, moderne et bien situé. Les 2 terrasses avec vue sur le golf sont très agréables. En revanche la décoration et l’équipement donnent l’impression d’un appartement non fini : pas d’armoire ni commode ni chaise dans une chambre pourtant spacieuse, douche à l’italienne jolie mais qui laisse passer l’eau ce qui inonde la pièce, chambre avec lit positionné devant une fenêtre qui ne peut donc pas s’ouvrir, pas de table de nuit ni d’éclairage pour lire,... dommage

Good apartment - could easily be better!
This apartment is in a good location (right next to the Golf Clubhouse) however it is sparsely furnished. There is no furniture at all in the main bedroom, apart from the bed. There is nowhere to put your clothes - no wardrobe, no drawers and no mirror. Fortunately there were only 2 of us so we used the second bedroom as a dressing room. There is a wardrobe in the second bedroom but still no drawers - we had to lay our undies etc out on the beds. This apartment is not really suitable for 4 adults especially as the second bedroom is quite small and is the only area for clothes to be hung. All it would take to elevate this good apartment to an excellent apartment is the addition of a chest of drawers in the main bedroom, a small coffee table in the main living area would have been useful so we did not have to put cups / glasses on the floor and a bin in the bathroom. The apartment had a fan and a vacuum cleaner - however both were broken. Our arrival information gave us detailed instructions on how to use the Tronsmart TV box - this was not in the property. There was an Amazon Firestick though if you have an Amazon account (?) On a positive note the outside spaces were well presented - sun loungers, table chairs etc. To summarise - A bit more attention to detail required as the price paid for our holiday was not reflected in the amenities in the apartment.

Chilled out weeks stay at Albatross apartments
Apartment well equipped in the great location of Son Parc, overlooking the golf course. Fab roof terrace, ideal for barbecues and evening drinks, watching the stars. Swimming pool outside the front door and excellent. Had a wonderful week and would definitely like to return.

Entspannte Tage im Albatros-Appartment
Das Appartment befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Siedlung mit blühenden Blumen, grünem Rasen und einem sehr grosszügigen und immer sauberen Pool. Die helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung ist mit allen Nützlichkeiten ausgestattet, und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Golfanlage auf der einen und auf die Poollandschaft auf der anderen Seite. Da während unserem Aufenthalt die Temperaturen sehr hoch waren, haben wir die Annehmlichkeiten der Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Auch der mit dem Auto in ca. 4 Minuten erreichbare Strand - es gäbe verschiedene - hat unseren Bedürfnissen sehr entsprochen. Wir durften tolle Ferien verbringen, herzlichen Dank!

enjoyed the stay. Bed a little firm for my taste. A mattress pad would be great. Some basics would be great to in the kitchen. Salt and pepper and basic spices. A bottle of water upon arrival.

Golf week with friends
As indicated in the starring, everything was described. Communications with Sue Kelly and her assistance was first class. The apartment is in the ideal position for golfers as it is the first apartment from the clubhouse with great views of the course. The golf course, however, has not been improved with the new holes layout and is disappointing. Hopefully, this may be improved further. Overall, we would definitely use this property again for our trips.

my impressions
The apartment is in a very quiet and relaxing area, surrounded by vegetation. We really enjoyed the location and the peace around us. Like other good qualities it is certainly spacious and offers the possibility of enjoying the terrace too. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house is modern and like in the photos. As negative sides we found this: the double room does not cover the light, so for those who like to sleep in the dark this house is not good at all. Eating on the terrace is nice but mosquitoes arrive in the evening, so in the evening it's better to close the windows and stay indoors. The bathroom is very nice but with the shower if you are not very careful everything is flooded. If will be improved a couple of things, in my opinion (blackout curtains and shower enclosures), then it would be of course a great accommodation. PS: be careful with the doors! They have a strange locking system, you've to move up the door's grip, release the grip, and then you turn the key to lock the door.

Fijne locatie wel ver van de dorpjes. Ruime opzet van het appartement met heerlijke buitenruimte. Keuken scoorde het slechts qua uitrusting en kwaliteit.

El apartamento está bastante viejo. El mobiliario deja bastante que desear y sólo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. El equipamiento de la cocina es bueno, salvo que únicamente había dos vasos y no tiene lavaplatos. No hay ni artículos de aseo ni productos de limpieza. La barbacoa es tan vieja que está prácticamente inutilizable. La urbanización está bien, la piscina muy bien aunque no hay tumbonas y el jardin esta siempre muy mojado. hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

Wonderful view ..private roof terrace
Lovely stay ..views beautiful. Apartment clean and tidy and quite well equipped. Could do with a mirror in bedrooms and a hairdryer. Easy walk to shops, bars approx 15 mins cut through path in woods at the end of road. Good 20 min walk to beach ..but it is a pleasant walk. If driving plenty of parking ..good facilities at beach and child friendly ..lifeguards in peak season. 17 euro for 2 sunbeds day..15 euro for pedalo with slide for hr. Pool at apartments inviting but need to take chair down etc. This apartment is on 3rd floor ..access via steps x 2 flights or ..walk up slope then 1set steps. Adjacant to romeo and juliet ..golf clubhouse ..minimal noise.. Roof terrace was very private and lovely view. Cleaners turned up on day of leaving before 9 ..explained that we check out at 11..and appeared surprised but ssid they would return. Air conditioning very good. Option to use golf clubs etc in storage room. Would we return ..absolutely ..well worth staying especially if a golfer..

Buena distribución, estancias amplias y buenas terrazas. Lo peor la falta de productos de limpieza y básicos como sal, aceite y vinagre. Otro mal detalle fue la falta de comprobación de elementos fundamentales como el agua, luces y la TV (no funcionaba el agua fría, la luz de la cocina no funcionaba y no se veía ningún canal de TV).

Incredible apartment with fantastic golf views
Spacious living area, great location near supermarket and beach and restaurants, lovely golf views, clean and modern, easy to get to, parking right outside, use of golf clubs and 25% discount at club house really useful, great TV facilities, aircon useful even in October when we stayed! As a golfer, could not beat having breakfast watching people tee off and on practice putting greens. Fabulous apartment, and fabulous holiday had by all.

Very nice apartment in a quiet and peaceful area of Menorca
The apartment is located in a beautiful and well preserved villa facing the Son Parc golf courts. The nice and clean swimming pool is just a few steps from the door and perfect after a long day at the beach. The balcony/terrace of the apartment is a plus for enjoying the beautiful sunset or the morning breakfast. The Son Parc area is peaceful and quiet with a lovely local beach, few small restaurants and a local convenient supermarket. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and new. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals (didn't try any fancy cooking). The internet worked fine but the TV didn't work during our stay. We tried to contact the owner (and the responsible for managing the property) for an "activate code" required to access the channels (IPTV) but did not have any answer. The washing machine was very old and did not work properly, so washing clothes was not possible during our stay. I would definitely come back to this place for enjoying again the beautiful Menorca.

A beautiful apartment with all mod cons.
We had a lovely stay in a wonderful location. Within 20 minutes of leaving the airport we had arrived. Although there is no reserved parking spot, you really don't need one. Just park in the road right outside. Our first impression wasn't great - as we approached the door there was a long line of small ants making their way into the apartment. However, these were at the back of our mind once we opened the door - the apartment is stunning. As we placed our bags down we saw some ant spray - a quick squirt and the ants were gone. As long as you clear up properly after you eat, the ants won't bother you again. We visited in the middle of August - it was 30+ degrees every day. We kept the shutters closed permanently and the air-con on auto/low. How I loved, loved, walking into the apartment when we'd been out. Our friends had a beach-view apartment without air con. They might have had amazing views of the Med. but I wouldn't swap that for feeling cool when I wasn't in the sun. Sad, but true :) There's the big flatscreen tv with Sky Sports and Movie package, as well as other channels. A settee and a lovely chair and table set where we ate as a family every day. The kitchen is a real home-from-home, too. The bedrooms are perfectly adequate but the bathroom is standout lovely. Modern, clean, bright. We had some trouble with the otherwise fantastic shower but we informed the owner and I'm sure he will get that sorted. The balcony has another table and chairs and is lovely to sit out in the morning overlooking four holes on the golf course, the driving range and tennis courts. You can sit out later in the day but it was too hot for us in August! It is definitely a sun trap. There are stairs to the private roof top terrace. This was lovely but lacked sun beds so you couldn't lie down. Again, we mentioned this to the owner and I'm sure he will resolve. There is a barbecue and some comfy chairs so we chilled up there one late-afternoon with a drink and nibbles. If it's your thing, you could probably get an all over tan without offending anybody up there. The grounds are lush and green and the pool is really, really nice. Again, there were no sunbeds to lie on, but the grass was very thick and spongy, so quite comfortable. That said, they watered the grass thoroughly, daily, so the soil was almost always sodden. We got a little mud on our towels the first time. In conclusion, I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again. And I'm not a golfer!

Short break in Menorca
A really nice well appointed 2 bed apartment with great views over the golf course. We had a great time and would recommend especially if you like golf. The beach at Son Parc is a 20 minute walk and is a great beach with clear water and good facilities. Son Parc is a very quiet resort with a only a few restaurants and bars and would recommend for families and couples.
