„We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. “

„Although our stay was short we absolutely loved this property. The pool was amazing and the fishing from the dock was top notch. The kids caught many fish. Make sure to buy lots of bait lol.“

„The Property needs some remodeling; looks worn and aged. Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that“

„House was very clean and nicely renovated. The issue we had is you cannot flush toilet paper. This was not disclosed in the description and would have been a problem if staying more than one night with 5 adults plus kids. Overall good value for money“

„Very clean and comfortable property. We stayed here for easy access to space camp at Kennedy Space Center. Worked out great, 18 minute drive, about the same to Cocoa Beach. Nice little grill on site “Dolphins” fun to watch the wildlife go by. We saw dolphins, manatee, and rays in the water and birds galore.“
