Hôtel près de Mesa Tennis & Pickleball Center, Phoenix, Phoenix

« Excellent location. My only criticism is the property is aging and needs updating. Room furniture cabinets are very old. The slot machine chairs are very worn and should be replaced with new ones. »

« Very comfortable and it had everything I needed to make breakfast and get a good night rest. »

« Great Breakfast included »

« Another great stay at the property. Thank you very much! »

« When I booked a room for eight nights, I thought I had read that housekeeping was provided daily, but I had to request it three days after arrival. Luckily, the reception staff were fantastic and very helpful; a big thank you to them and everyone else at the hotel. Otherwise, nothing to report, everything was great. »

« Reeked like marijuana »

« First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled. Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns. and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....
