Comfortable and Convenient
The home was well stocked with everything you could imagine needing. Host/Owner was great to work with and answered questions promptly. No issues during our stay and would rent this property again. It was private and quiet and close to town and amenities.

Fantastic plave in Mesquite
The house is very family friendly. Clean and inviting. A storm moved in the morning before check-in so the pool was dirty but the owners called the cleaners and they came and took care of it. It was easy to communicate with the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Just say ahhhh
This is our 4th stay and we just love it. Laying out by the private pool while grilling steaks is the best way to spend the day. And spending a couple hours at the casino then coming back and having a cocktail while soaking in the hot tub rounds out a perfect day of vacation. Owners are super responsive and the home is well stocked. Thanks for another great stay!

Football Tournament in Mesquite, NV
The location was just minutes from the park. It was very convenient for us as we had to be there everyday at the crack of dawn. There was a little miscommunication with the entry door code he gave us but Curtis was quick to respond. The house is perfect for our family of 7. Couldn’t use the pool, it sure didn’t feel heated at all and the water was extremely low. The hot tub was spectacular due to the cold front that weekend so we didn’t mind. The house quickly ran out of toilet paper and the soap dispensers were near empty when we got in so we stopped at Walmart to buy more. Wasn’t aware the tv’s only work via roku. Thank God we were able to connect our apps to it so we could keep the kids entertained. Overall, we were happy with this VRBO and would definitely rent it again in the future if we come back next year.

Fantastic property and location. My family had an excellent time over Thanksgiving at the property. One of the best places we have stayed
We were impressed from day one! Out check in was a breeze and the place is full of fun activities for the family. From the pool to the games it has everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. It was in a perfect location for our sports tournament and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host was very helpful and their attention to the needs of a guest were exceptional. Would most definitely be staying here again when the time comes.

This was our second stay here and we love it! We are pool people so it is so nice to have a private pool to enjoy whenever you want. The hot tub is awesome too. They stock up the kitchen with little things you need like spices, and condiments which is great! Lot of towels and great layout of the home. We will be back!

We went down for a quiet weekend, and having never used Vrbo were very impressed with the home. They had thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable including thoughtful items like robes for going back and forth to the pool, any type of pan you might need and even spices. The home was updated and well appointed, we we totally enjoyed our stay!

Great stay-again!
This is my second stay at this property and I was just as pleased with this stay. Curtis was in great communication with me throughout our stay. There was even a problem with a fixture we found at arrival and reported. Within 30 minutes of notifying Curtis, there was a handyman onsite to diagnose the issue and within a couple hours after that parts were obtained and the issue fixed. Great home, great owner. Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I got some food from the local Smith's and escaped from the world for 2 days. We never left the house. Having the pool and the hot tub in such a quiet place was what we needed to clear our heads from the world. Owner responds very quickly and they place is very clean.

Overall it was great
Everything was great until the AC stopped working. I was promptly refunded for the time I didn’t get to stay there. I would definitely stay there again in spite of the AC mishap since it was addressed and handled fairly.

Felt at home.
Felt at home at this property. Indoor accommodations were very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The pool, hot tub, covered seating by the pool, different places to sit at an outside table throughout the day, etc. really helped make the stay even more pleasant. Only downside was that we needed more pool floats that didn’t leak!

The home is in a great central location. It was just minutes away from both golf courses we were golfing at. The home has lots of character and was clean and comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We did have a hiccup on check-in. The cleaners had a scheduling SNAFU, and the residence hadn’t been turned over. After notifying the owner, we were immediately contacted by the cleaner, who apologized and made arrangements to remedy the situation. Additionally, without prompting, the owner refunded our cleaning fee. The house was perfect, and the amenities were better than advertised. Little perks like a provide waterproof pool area speaker were much appreciated.

This home was so great & made it easy to feel comfortable & just like home. Perfectly stocked on linens, basic pantry items/condiments, and anything to make it feel like home-away-from-home. 5 stars all around, we’ve stayed here before and hope to do so again. Super clean and cozy, comfy beds/bedding, very home-y feeling on a quiet cul-de-sac… love the privacy outside. Remote work friendly! Good, fast internet and the dining area makes a great work space. The Pages are easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay.

Comfortable, Relaxing Family Stay
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Mesquite. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and although we didn’t use the pool as much as we’d hoped in the chilly weather, it was still nice to sit outside in privacy by the water. The interior has a lot more to it than the photos indicate - huge smart tv, walk-in closet and a spacious kitchen and dining area. We actually decided to explore the desert close to the house vs. going on longer road trips because the house was so comfortable. We’ll be back!
