"This was the first year since mom moved out of the family home in Metamora to a retirement cottage. This meant the family needed a big house for the siblings to stay for our Christmas activities. The house was perfect! Lots of room for three families to eat sleep and share a wonderful four days. Highlights include the great room for gatherings and the downstairs for ping pong and foosball. Terrific kitchen and wonderful neighborhood. Right on the golf course! We will be back."

"We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!"

"We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as...

"We were looking for a nice relaxing place for the weekend and we found exactly that!! The house was perfect for 4 ladies to get away from work and home and just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and beauty of it all. We found an awesome bar and grill with great food in Chillicothe at Gilmore's Sports Bar. We had a great weekend and wished we had just another day or two to enjoy that view from the back deck."

"Wonderful property for a relaxing stay with family. Location seemed to be within 5-10 minutes of everything we planned on doing in Peoria. Riverfront, museums, grocery store, Bradley Park, dog trails - every time we googled directions, we were close to our destination. Lots of room to spread out in the house, beautiful grounds, nice beds, nice towels. We just had a great time staying at the Knoxville Retreat."

"We loved the detail that went into turning this building into loft apartments. We felt very safe. The main street is adorable and Nats' is the place to go for coffee and food.
