"All rooms face beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room big, quiet and clean. Good location. Only 22 rooms so not alot of traffic. Red roof is an excellent landmark to look for. Comfortable rocking chairs on front porch to watch traffic or several locations in back for seating. Nice boardwalk ..."

"The place was clean. The chair in the tv room was broken. Needed more pillows for beds. The deck area needed more seating. This was our second trip to Mexico Beach and this place was more expensive than the previous one. I think I could find another unit that was better for less money."

"Hosts were great about communicating with us and adjusting check-in/check-out times due to a hurricane in the gulf. They even offered to adjust our dates if we wished. Surfside is our favorite place to stay in Mexico Beach. We will definitely be back!"

"Master bedroom mattress was awful sank to the middle. Master bathroom sink leak while on wetting the countertop. Chair on patio for master bedroom had a broken arm with an exposed screw. The grill was unusable and disgusting not fit to cook on. Other than that nice."
