Condesa Apartment Mexico City

Wonderfully located in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood, with 2 big parks and a multitude of restaurants. The pool was warm for easy swimming The security staff were gracious and patient with us and made us feel at ease. Horacio was the most organized host ever and was there for us to answer any questions.

Perfect location for exploring the city

We took a family vacation with young adult children the week between Xmas and New Year’s. The apartment is within half an hour taxi ride from the airport. We walked many miles exploring the city-walked to cafes, the anthropology museum/Chapultepec park, and shopped in the local neighborhoods. Horacio, the unit owner, was available and easily reachable. The unit is on the ground floor which isn’t obvious from the photos. The rooftop deck is beautiful. The snack bar was not open during our stay, maybe due to the holidays.

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our family of five. The pool and close proximity to the park and a Little Caesar’s was perfect for our younger children. The doormen were very polite. On the morning of our departure, when nothing was going in our favor, he helped us secure transport to the airport. He went above and beyond! La Condesa was very walkable and the abundance of trees had us forgetting we were in Mexico City.

Cozy base, great host, perfect location

We loved the apartment and the location, really appreciated the friendly, helpful host and 24 hour security. Gorgeous roof top deck was great for taking a little time from busy touristing. Def recommend.

This condominium checked all the boxes. The outdoor spaces were an added bonus, serving to give a much more open feel. Located in the heart of one of Mexico Cities most beautiful areas. Close to parks and walking paths that are full of gracious life. Perfect vacation

Mexico City February trip

My husband & I stayed in the Hipódromo ~ Amazing 5star RooftopPool , Snack-bar, private office & terrace!! This spot had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to see & do. Horacio's pre-arrival communication was helpful, and he was quick to respond when I had a question during our trip. The view from the top floor pool area was amazing! We also used the workout room on the top floor, and it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our first trip to Mexico City.

Wonderful first stay in Mexico City

We had a wonderful first visit to Mexico City. Our host, Horacio, was a huge help in making our trip a success. His pre arrival communications were very helpful. During our stay he helped with communications to our procuring a tour/ driver resulting in a fabulous day. The apartment and amenities were perfect. Especially the pool. Location was ideal for walking, jogging and restaurants. We will stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful apartment

I cannot imagine a better apartment to stay in while visiting cdmx. This was our first visit and we fell in love with the city as well as the apartment and its location, and especially the rooftop pool and lounge area. Everything was perfect. Horacio is a gracious host and was quick to answer our questions about the city (we needed to find a pharmacy and had questions about using Uber early morning), but as for the apartment, we had no questions because everything was so thoughtfully arranged that it was very easy to settle in on day one and start enjoying the city. We will be back! Thanks Horacio!

The perfect place to stay in CDMX

Spent five nights and this was the perfect accommodation! The unit was a good size for 4 people and the outdoor patio area was lovely at night. The pool and roof were something we visited every day, and having the doorman made us feel very secure. This is a great spot for a group of friends or a family. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are so many restaurant options within a 5 or 10 minute walk. Having the two parks nearby was an absolute perk and we felt very safe walking around in the surrounding blocks. Horacio was a great host and made himself available to promptly answer any questions - he also gave us great recommendations of places to go! Would definitely stay here again and hope to very soon!

Can’t imagine nicer amenities in a better location

Spacious apartment in the heart of Condesa. Me and my teenage son wanted to explore further but found too much in Condesa and Roma to get beyond walking distance. Restaurants, street carts, markets, parks, museums all great all within a 20min stroll. Then, we felt we didn’t get enough time at the apartment! We meant to utilize the full kitchen but were too busy exploring the abundance of great food in the neighborhood. Amazing rooftop, pool, gym, etc. Super comfortable beds/bedding, climate controls, nice bathrooms. Great stay, highly recommend.

Amazing location!
