The location was fantastic. The building was very nicely kept with a very nice man as the concierge. The apartment itself is fine, but it is not well stocked. We were a party of 5 and there wasn’t enough glasses or coffee mugs for an apartment that says 8 can stay. The kitchen doesn’t have any bakeware or sheets to even heat up something and we had hoped to do some cooking.The communication with the office was challenging. Months before my final payment I reached out to ask if I could change my credit card for final payment. They tried running the old card 3 times even when I reminded them to send the link so I could pay with a new card. I filled out all the required paperwork with our IDs and they lost it. Then, I wasn’t able to get check-in instructions until the day I arrived after requesting multiple times. As of today, I still don’t have the deposit back to my card even though they confirmed the apartment was left in perfect condition and I should receive it. Found the whole experience very frustrating and I use this platform several times a year with no issues.
