We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous unit in Polanco. The location was perfect and close to everything. It was kept very clean, and the host was very accommodating and responsive at all times. I would not hesitate to book and stay at this unit again.

This property was spacious, modern and comfortable for our three generation family including 9 and 11 year olds. We appreciated having so many spaces to gather together as well as have quiet time. The kitchen was well appointed except for a semi functioning coffee maker and no dishwasher detergent. Host responded quickly but there was sometimes a lag in resolving issues. The location is terrific, we walked or took subway everywhere.

Spacious apartment

Perfect space for a group of 3 adults and 5 kids with various spaces spread out over three levels. The location and area can’t be beat. As others have mentioned previously, the bathrooms have no doors and showers and toilet doors are glass so privacy has to be navigated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and being steps away from a green and leafy walkable neighborhood.

Great Location

The penthouse was perfectly suited for our weekend getaway. It comfortably accommodated our two families with young children as we traveled to the city for the Astros game. It”s location was perfect for shopping and dining options. The 24 hour security was nice to have but never felt at any time was needed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this beautiful city!

Great location and spacious

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for our group of 5 friends. Location and building security is excellent! Nice modern apartment with big living room and great kitchen. My only suggestions is that the bathroom showers need updating and the bedroom bathrooms have no privacy doors - very modern but not when you are sharing. We had a great week in this apartment!

Perfect location. We requested several items like additional towels and even asked for a baby play pen as the listing mentions those are available upon request and were denied. Properly managers are more concerned about check in time and who will be staying.at the property. Very unamcaccomodating. Despite 5 having 5 different people on a WhatsApp thread y messaging you every 3 hours for stuff. Wouldn’t stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect-walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and Chapultepec Park. The area felt very safe, and there was a doorman at the building entrance 24/7.We were a group of 6 adults, and while we initially thought having only 1 elevator card and key might be an issue, it ended up working out just fine. The hosts were extremely responsive & helpful throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the coffee machine, they replaced it almost immediately! One of the highlights of the property was the amazing rooftop terrace and outdoor patio. On the days we had good weather, we made great use of both spaces-perfect for relaxing or hanging out.A couple of things to note: the stairs can be a bit tricky, so be sure to check the listing photos to get a clear idea of the layout. Also, the bedroom and bathroom setup was a little challenging for our group. Since all the full bathrooms are inside 3 of the bedrooms, it made things less convenient for those in the downstairs twin room which didn’t have a bathroom or closet. That said, 1 of the bedrooms downstairs had a very large bathroom and closet, which made sharing easier. It worked for us since we were a group of friends but just something to note. Also, the sheets in the twin room were clean, but showed wear & had a few stains from use. We’re confident the hosts would have addressed it if we had called it out. We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this place.

The location is really perfect. We were within walking distance of a bank for easy ATM withdrawals for pesos, Circle K down the block for snacks and we were surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops. On the weekends there is a pop-up market that has food and various clothes, jewelry, souvenirs. It's also around the corner from a park and amphitheater with great live music. We always felt very safe and everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. We took ubers mostly but also walked to Chapultapec Park and took the subway during an "Eat Like a Local" food tour. The kitchen was very well appointed if you wanted to do your own cooking as well. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio for relaxing and seeing the city.

Very nice, did not realize there was no a/c but learned how to manage by cracking open rooftop doors to draw hot air out in afternoon. Beds comfortable but our 9th adult got the living room couch. Host responded quickly when contacted. Matters taken care of quickly when more towels were needed, etc. Great location! I would stay again if I had a large group. Bathrooms in each bedroom are nice unless you are the one staying on the couch then you must share a shower. All works out. Lovely spot. Recommend you are be to do some stairs.
