The place is in a good area and was pretty nice, although for $100 a night id expect it to be decent. My issues began when my checkin instructions did not arrive so i didnt get to enter my room until 5:30pm(was told id get instructions at 2 for checkin at 4pm). They acted like they were not expecting anyone and totally forgot. It took 2 days to get a remote and the man working at reception couldnt be bothered to help or call anyone for a remote. He acted rude also. No compensation was made through vrbo or the property for the inconvenience. Also there was hair on the sofa(a lot of hair). Overall id find somewhere else to stay due to the extremely poor communication and laziness/attitude of the men at reception. No one had a clue what waa going on the entire time. One if the qorst experiences ive had in mexico hands down.
