The hallway also smelled unpleasant. The biggest issue was the constant loud noise from the air-conditioning system, which made it hard to sleep. There were also many flies in the apartment. « No balcony access The balcony was under construction so we couldn’t access it the entirety of our stay. This really should have been disclosed and felt deceptive, because we would not have picked a place without a balcony. « The air conditioner drips water into the room. We placed our bags under it and had wet clothes afterwards. No doors are able to close by themselves, the front door must be dead locked for it to shut. The bathroom door will not shut, there is no privacy if staying with someone else. location is good, walking distance to beach and nearby parking garage. « Very clean rooms. Location great, across street from ocean and beach. On Ocean Drive,close to restaurants, shops. On 3rd floor,not much night life noise. »

« We were denied access to the pool because the room was “flagged”. Had to make multiple trips to different offices in the building and reach out to the host to get it straightened out. Went back the next day and one of us (went in separately) had the same issue. No internet for two of the 3 days, which meant no TV. Cable company said it was probably due to nonpayment. Luckily, none of us had to work, but it was annoying, had hotel people up there 3 times and finally it worked on the 3rd day....
