Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed major construction directly across the street, creating significant noise. While outside noise is sometimes unavoidable, it was substantial and impacted the stay.
More concerning were the condition issues inside the unit:
• The bathroom faucet leaked into the cabinet whenever turned on, making it unusable. I notified management immediately and was told it would be fixed, but it never was. As a result, I had to brush my teeth and wash my hands in the kitchen sink for the duration of the stay.
• Multiple holes in the window screens allowed flies and gnats to enter when windows were opened. The unit also had a musty odor.
• On the final morning, I discovered what appeared to be a cockroach or similar bug in the shower.
I documented everything on video as soon as I arrived and can provide that documentation if needed. I reported the faucet issue immediately upon discovery, yet no repair was completed during my stay.
The condition of the property significantly impacted my experience. This was not the standard of accommodation advertised!
