This beautiful and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, just a 3-minute walk from the beach (right across the street). Restaurants and shopping centers are also within walking distance.

One free parking space is included with your stay. Additional parking is available for a small fee through valet service at the building entrance. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi and digital TV for your convenience.

The building features great amenities including a pool, gym, tennis court, and conference room (bookable through the front desk).

For your convenience, downstairs you will find a convenience store with fresh food and essentials, a coffee shop, a fully equipped gym, boxing training, and a hair salon.

All guests are required to provide a valid ID at check-in. The building does not allow any unregistered guests.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and building amenities, including a heated pool, gym, convenience store, coffee shop, business center, meeting room, and affordable valet parking service.

The apartment is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, one of the most desirable and safe areas in South Florida. This vibrant neighborhood offers a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, with the beach just steps away.

You’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, as well as nearby Aventura Mall for premium shopping and entertainment. The area is family-friendly, walkable, and surrounded by beautiful coastal views.

Enjoy easy access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale while staying in a peaceful beachfront community.



Getting Around:

The beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance, so a car is not necessary for most daily activities.

For longer trips, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. The property also offers one free parking space, and valet parking is available for an additional fee.

Major attractions are just a short drive away, including Aventura Mall, Haulover Beach, and Gulfstream Park. Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports are both easily accessible by car.

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is temporary construction work in the building, so balcony access may be restricted at this time.

One FREE assigned parking space is included. You must register your vehicle at check-in and display the parking permit at all times on your dashboard. Paid valet parking is also available.

Late check-out or stay extension may be available depending on availability. Fees apply: $60 for 12:00 PM check-out and $100 for 2:00 PM check-out. Please request in advance via chat.

Laundry is located on the same floor across from the unit and is shared. There is a small fee per load. Guests must purchase a laundry card at the front desk.

Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc.) can be received at the front desk. Building fees apply: $5 for small packages and $10 for large packages.

Swimming pool open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM

Pool deck open from sunrise to sunset

BBQ area open from 8 AM to 10 PM (2-hour maximum use)

Luggage drop-off available before check-in for $10 per suitcase

Trash chute located at the end of the hallway on both sides

For your convenience, we provide at check-in:

Bedding and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent (no laundry detergent included).

If anything stops working during your stay, maintenance will be arranged and usually addressed within 24 hours upon request.





Please note: the building is currently completing daytime improvements in some common areas. Minor daytime noise or activity may occasionally be noticeable during daytime hours.
