This is our little back house gem in Coconut Grove — two bedrooms, a marble spa bathroom that genuinely belongs in a boutique hotel, a private fenced backyard with a BBQ and shade tree, and a neighborhood that might just be Miami`s most walkable and welcoming. Quiet street, incredible location, and a home that feels like someone actually put thought into it. We think you`ll love it here.

Don`t let the size fool you. This is the back house unit on a quiet residential street in Coconut Grove — completely private, completely yours, and finished to a standard that a lot of larger homes in Miami don`t match. New luxury vinyl plank floors, crisp white walls, warm coastal furnishings, and a bathroom that guests consistently mention in their reviews.

It`s a great fit for couples, solo travelers, or a small group of three who want a real home base in Miami rather than a hotel room. You get the space to cook, to work, to actually live in a place for a few days — not just sleep in it.
The Bedrooms — Sleeps up to 3:

Bedroom 1: King bed — warm beige comforter, crisp white linens, matching bedside lamps, large louvered closet
Bedroom 2: Twin bed — navy velvet platform frame, dedicated workspace desk, ergonomic chair, and good natural light from two windows. Works well as a sleep space or a proper work setup, depending on what you need it for

The Bathroom
This is the room people photograph. Every surface — the walls, the floor, and inside the glass shower enclosure — is covered in full-size Calacatta marble-look porcelain tile. Backlit LED vanity mirror. Floating white shelves with candles. Brushed nickel hardware on the glass door. It`s a complete renovation done right and it genuinely elevates the whole unit. After a long day in Miami, it`s a nice place to end up.

The Living Room
A warm sand sectional with navy accent pillows, a bold cobalt blue velvet chair, a large Smart TV on a rattan console, and gold-framed mirrors throughout. It`s curated without being fussy. The kind of living room that feels comfortable the moment you sit down in it.

The Kitchen
Fully stocked and genuinely ready to cook in. White shaker cabinets, marble-look countertops, a mother-of-pearl mosaic backsplash, stainless appliances, a complete magnetic knife block, and a drip coffee maker waiting for your first morning. There`s a cozy two-person bistro nook right off the kitchen with wall-mounted wooden planters — the right setup for a slow breakfast before heading out.

The Backyard
Fully fenced and completely private. A four-person patio table sits under the canopy of a large shade tree — shaded, quiet, and a nice place to be in the evenings. The Megamaster gas BBQ grill is ready to use whenever you want it. Nothing elaborate, just a genuinely pleasant private outdoor space in the middle of a city where that`s harder to find than you`d think.

Traveling with a Pet?
We love that you`re bringing your furry travel companion along. Pets are welcome here — we just ask for a one-time pet fee of $75 per pet, paid before check-in. It helps us make sure the home is properly prepared for your arrival and kept in great shape for everyone who stays after you. Just let us know when you book so we can get everything sorted. We`re happy to have them.

Before you embark on your much‑deserved vacation, we’d like to share what you can expect from Tilah Stays, and what we kindly expect from our guests.

What can you expect from us?

1. You’ll enjoy a clean, tastefully decorated home that looks just like the photos.

2. The property is fully equipped to anticipate your needs, so no late‑night store runs are necessary. If something essential is missing, we kindly request to let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.

4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.

5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Just a friendly reminder about our trash collection schedule during your stay:

🟦 Blue Recycling Bin: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

If your stay overlaps with one of these collection days, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could place the appropriate bin at the curb the evening before collection.

4. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
