DIRECT face à l'océan et vue sur la ville depuis ce nouveau 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes dans le bâtiment le plus chaud de Hollywood Beach. Hyde Resort and Residences est à seulement quelques minutes du centre commercial Aventura et de Bal Harbour. Les équipements du bâtiment comprennent un restaurant, deux piscines à débordement avec vue sur l'océan, une terrasse et des cabines privées, un centre de remise en forme entièrement équipé donnant sur l'océan, un spa à service complet avec hammam et sauna.
Cet appartement dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes et traditionnel, réfrigérateur et congélateur, lave-vaisselle, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière, et bien plus encore ...
Il y a 3 téléviseurs intelligents, un dans chaque chambre et salon, wifi gratuit, unité joliment décorée.

Des frais de villégiature de 25 $ plus taxes par jour et par condo accorderont à tous les clients un accès illimité à la salle de gym, à la piscine, à la plage, où ils obtiendront 2 chaises longues et 1 parasol. d'autres sont disponibles à la location.

Great condo and location

We stayed at the Lyfe Resort and Residence. The condo was very nice and our unit faced the ocean. Beautiful views.

Condo 1602 was dirty, aged and not well maintained. Stained furniture, rotted floor boards, and rested outdoor furniture made for a gross stay. We paid extra for Housekeeping to come during a five night stay, they contacted us the first day and said they only had Housekeeping available on the first day and could not provide it throughout our visit. Depending on the length of your stay, you will need to buy/bring your own toiletries, including soaps for the bathroom and kitchen, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash cans because they provide one of each.

Fantastic Location

Great communication, easy checkin, everything went very smooth. Fantastic location, easy to the beach or pool. Had meetings nearby, and the rest of the group could keep busy. Yes valet and resort fee is extra upon arrival, which is cleary stated up front. Used to live in the area years ago, its a great spot between FLL and MIA.

Amazing getaway!

The view from the balcony is spectacular. The place was spacious and beautiful. Just as the pictures show. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cups, plates, cooking utensils etc. Will definitely be back!!

Great apartment, no comunication from owners, you are on your own

We found the apartment clean, but when we encountered an issue during check out due to misinformation on the site, as well as from the front desk, we tried to reach the owner by email. It is already 4 days later and owner still did not respoind to my email. I find it very frustrating that I was forced to dish out 200.00 plus tax during check out for misinformation provided on the website as well as from the front desk worker, and have not heard from owner.

Memorial Day weekend

Enjoyed everything about this residence! Condo was exactly as described. Very clean. The modern decor is perfect for the beach. Had everything we needed for the kitchen area. The wrap around balcony with beautiful views is the highlight of this condo. Owner communication was excellent as well. All fees were communicated upfront, no surprises. Valet service was exceptional. The beach chairs and towels provided with the room is the perfect added extra. We did use the ones provided in the condo as well, thank you. The only suggestion would be more towels and toiletries provided for bathrooms. Overall, was exceptional.

Lies & Deception!!! .

If you want the truth, only read the one star reviews. This place is dirty, very poorly maintained and smells. We had to go buy our own towels and bedsheets. Further, the description is false. Living space is almost half the size of what is advertised. Don't get fooled by the pictures.

Terrible Experience

We had beautiful views from our room. It is half the size of what the pictures display. I paid an extreme amount to stay here. We checked in on Monday and didn’t get wash clothes until Thursday bc the owner was “out of town”. The shower water was freezing. The espresso machine didn’t work. There was dried food on the wall behind the stove top. I had to sweep and mop the floor upon arrival due to it being filthy. Lost the card for you 470 for and wasted 1/2 days beach time bc they wouldn’t rent us the umbrella and towels. It took management forever to realize a prior guest lost the card that identifies you. Communicated with the seller and all she refunded me was for the night we left early and drove home (12 hours). We were sick of cold showers. We had to buy detergent and use 3 washcloths between 4 people and that’s hard to do when you’re at the beach. The seller refuses to accommodate my needs any further. Unfair but I guess I will just have to take this one on the chin. 10/10 don’t waste your time and money!

Great location , view, and beach access!

Beautiful view, location, and beach access, but the property management was very strict and had many rules. We could not check in one minute earlier and use the property. You had wrist bands that dictated where you could be at all times, different colors for different status. We could not go to the pool, beach or get through any doors before or after check in or out. We promptly checked out before 11 and got our wrist band cut off and were not allowed to go anywhere on the property. We wanted to sit at the pool until our flights but were rudely kicked out like criminals. The condo was nice but not completely clean. Ice in freezer had some food stain on, floors not completely clean, bathroom could have been cleaner all around. Condo provided no kitchen towels but expected you to wash all your dishes. Coffee maker, but no coffee to get you started. No laundry soap to wash your towels. Chairs on balcony were very torn and weathered, mismatched and ready to be retired. The chairs would fly across the balcony on windy days, so not appropriate. The internet would not connect completely. Kitchen chairs were filthy. Overall, I think the description could have been better. The pool should not close 630 pm, which did not give us a chance to swim and when we went up there it was packed. We could not get into the hot tub at all! We were only there for 2 days, but felt the overall management of the facility was not accommodating. Would not stay there again! Stay at the Diplomat.

Great location, overall good

The location is great, beautiful view and outdoor space. The resort management (not owner) leaves a bit to be desired as they seemed to be unorganized. Check in was lengthy & difficult. The “Owner” Elevator was out of service on the first day which meant waiting for the elevator with resort guests for about 20 minutes. After that the “owner” elevator that we used was fixed , but the resort guests figured out that they could use it to avoid security- and many did, making it typically a long wait for the elevator. This was compounded by COVID restrictions limiting elevator to 4 people at a time. The beach service was great. The pool is beautiful, but doesn’t offer towel service until 11 am. The property was as described, beds were comfortable, but property could use a fresh paint job. The valet service was good. There are about $50 in mandatory additional resort and valet fees per day- so be aware. There are minimal bathroom supplies and no kitchen condiments- so be sure to bring with you if needed. The resort guests are a bit loud and there was marijuana smoke odor in the hallway. Although we were at the end of the building facing the water, the resort guests occupy the rest of the floor and seemed to be a young crowd. The Etaru restaurant right in front of the property was exceptional- would highly recommend. I would avoid the pool restaurant for breakfast as it was expensive, and the service and food were not good. Overall, nice location and great view, with some drawbacks vs a private home.

Scammed with this stay

I am reaching out to you in order to request a solution to the problem that affects your platform and reputation and has impacted my desired vacation! - The host uploaded photos on VRBO that did not match what was delivered - Pictures of an oceanfront apartment with unobstructed views from a high floor (approximately 15th), but she provided an apartment on the 4th floor that had a building in front, obstructing the ocean view!! In short, this is a scam happening on your platform! Upon entering the apartment, we verified that the photos of it on VRBO did not match those of the apartment we were given. We notified the host (Lauren Laderman) about this, and after several interactions, she sent us this message: " I also understand that this is not an ideal situation, and therefore I am willing to issue a refund of $200 and as you requested, a 4 pm late checkout, which normally has a cost of $100. It would be the best that I can do, hoping that helps. We are here to make sure our guests have the best possible experience, and would not want this to affect your stay negatively. Please let me know if you agree with this offer, Wishing you all the best, and a great rest of your stay:)) Kind Regards, Laure" On Sunday, July 2nd, the day of our check-out, in the morning, she notified us that we had to leave at 11 am because they had other guests!! Best place so far

We come to South Florida pretty often and I tell you this place is the nicest one so far. Beautifully decorated interior and of course the best oceanfront view from wrapped around huge balcony! Really nice pool on the 9th floor with the bar and restaurant… Booked for a week but liked it so much that stayed another 3 days! Thank you very much to the host. They made us feel like home. Wil definitely come back!

A Very Nice vacation

This place is great! The view from the unit is awesome in every direction.The apartment interior is nicely furnished and comfortable. Sitting out on the balcony is very enjoyable. This building is conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants and of course the beach. Any time of day or night all you need to do is go downstairs and you're at the beach. The apartment manager is pleasant and helpful. I easily give this apartment a 5 star rating.

We have no complaints about this property. We enjoyed our stay from the day we arrived until the day we left. Laure was very helpful and communicated with us the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this property to all that plan on visiting this area.
