Getting Around:

The free Metromover is nearby for easy travel through Downtown and Brickell. MiamiCentral Brightline Station is also within walking distance, with service to Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Uber and Lyft are widely available. Guests bringing a vehicle can use the building’s paid valet service or nearby public parking options.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio residence on the 28th floor with no separate bedroom and is best suited for 1–2 guests. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property and may result in a $500 charge. Pets are not permitted, and quiet hours apply. Valet is currently about $60 overnight with in-and-out privileges or $35 for up to 6 hours. Rates are set and collected directly by the valet provider.
