Very bad experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the apartment had no hot water. I reported the issue immediately, but nothing was properly fixed. During my 10-day stay, I managed to have only two hot showers. You basically have to be lucky if the water happens to be warm when you want to shower; otherwise, you have to adapt to when the water decides to be warm, not when you need it. Instead of addressing the problem, they tried to make me seem unreasonable, saying that very hot water burns the skin and causes irritation, as if I couldn’t tell the difference between cold, lukewarm, and hot water.On top of that, the front door was broken on the first day.I could not leave the apartment because the door stayed open and anyone could enter. I had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. Even in this case, there was no refund or compensation.When I asked to leave at the beginning due to these problems, they refused to refund me. Then, with only two days left in my stay, they offered to move me to another unit, which was completely unacceptable at that point.I paid for an apartment with basic amenities that were not provided. No hot water, a broken door, poor management, and no accountability. I do not recommend this place.
