The Space:

Step into a bright, 32nd-floor apartment where floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony frame sweeping views over the water and Miami's skyline. At 1,373 square feet, this downtown high-rise offers space to unwind above the city, with elevator access and practical amenities that make it an easy base for events, dining, shopping, transit, and Kaseya Center.



The open living area is designed for both relaxing and staying connected, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, WiFi, a Smart TV, and a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The dining area sits close by, perfect for shared meals, planning the day, or catching up on a laptop with a view. When you're ready for fresh air, step onto the private balcony for a quiet moment above the city, coffee in hand or a drink in the evening.



The full kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with ease, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and hot water kettle, along with cookware, dishes, and silverware for home-cooked meals. A private washer and dryer inside the apartment make longer stays effortless.



Sleeping Setup:

Primary room: king bed

Second room: queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower

Third room: two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower

Living room: double sofa bed



Three full bathrooms come stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and toilet paper. Guests also enjoy access to a shared pool, a nearby shared gym, clothing storage, hangers, an iron, a hair dryer, a safe, and valet parking for a fee.



*Please note: some wellness spa amenities, such as the sauna, massages, and facials, are not included, and extra fees will apply, subject to administration rules and costs.



Guest Access:

Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The resort fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Stay in a downtown setting close to Kaseya Center, dining, shops, entertainment, and transit. The area works well for guests who want an active city base with easy access to events, restaurants, and nearby waterfront spots.



Getting Around:

Miami International Airport, MIA, is about 7 miles away, and drive time varies by traffic and time of day. Valet parking is available on property for a fee. Public garages and open-air lots are nearby, with Metromover and MiamiCentral options close by.



Other Things to Note:

- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.

- The main guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

- A resort fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night is charged at check-in, granting access to the building's amenities such as pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel.

- Check-in takes place at the front desk with the help of one of the hotel's onsite representatives. All guests must provide an exact arrival time to avoid delays. *For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, an extra fee of $35 will be charged.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests may need to present an official ID at check-in or during their stay.

- Depending on the booking platform used, a security deposit might be required, which will be refunded after check-out if all terms are met.

- No additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Smoking of any kind inside the condo is strictly prohibited! Drug use and illegal activities on the premises are also forbidden. Non-compliance results in a $300 USD fine and an extra $100 USD cleaning fee.

- No parties, events, or loud noise are permitted after 10 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

- Cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance to schedule.

- Outdoor security cameras are in place.

- Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs caused during their stay. Excessive dirtiness will incur a $100 USD cleaning fee.

- Pets are welcome with a $100 fee.

- We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee and subject to availability.

- Some amenities, like on-site restaurants, may require a fee.

- There are no mailboxes or lockers; guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.

- An independent management company manages the building. Any issues related to the building are separate from our condo’s management and are outside our control.

- Valet parking is available for an extra fee. There’s also a 24/7 parking lot nearby at Miami Worldcenter, 644 NE 2nd Avenue, with rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. Since we do not manage parking, availability and pricing are not guaranteed.

- Package Policy: You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay. The building will hold them for a $5 daily fee. Keep in mind this service is managed by the building, not Lua Host, so it’s best to avoid deliveries when possible. If needed, this service is available.

- We provide some essentials to help you settle in, such as trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. These items are not replenished; you’ll need to buy more when they run out.
