THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You are in the heart of downtown Miami, minutes from Wynwood, Brickell, the Kaseya Center, Bayside Marketplace and the Design District. Miami International Airport is roughly 15 minutes by car and South Beach about 20.

GETTING AROUND
Valet parking is available on site for a fee. Rideshare, the Metromover and Brightline are all close by, so a car is optional.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Self check-in. This is a residential tower, so quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events, and no smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit. Maximum 3 guests, and everyone staying must be listed on the reservation. Please follow all building rules and treat the home with care.

Parking for 20 NE 11th St, Miami:

• On-site valet at E11EVEN Residences: about $50–$60 per night, with in-and-out privileges. This is the easiest option but also the most expensive.

• Hennecker Lot — 127 NE 11th St: basically across the street. Overnight parking is allowed, it’s open 24/7, and the 24-hour rate is approximately $30. This is probably the best combination of convenience and price.

Hennecker Lot parking/reservations

• College Station Parking Garage — 190 NE 3rd St: covered municipal garage, open 24 hours and approximately $15 per 24 hours. This is one of the cheapest options. There are generally no in-and-out privileges, so if you leave and return you may have to pay again.

• Miami Worldcenter Block D Garage — 888 NE 2nd Ave: covered self-parking garage and very close to the building. Rates are roughly $30–$36 for up to 24 hours, although event pricing can be higher.

The garage is open 24/7, but their policy indicates they do not want vehicles left there for more than 24 hours. I’m not sure how strictly that is monitored or enforced, so I always let guests know this ahead of time. It may work well for shorter stays or if the vehicle is being moved regularly, but I would not rely on it for leaving a car parked continuously for several days.

Miami Worldcenter Block D Garage / reservations

• MiamiCentral / Brightline Garage — 161 NW 6th St: gated, covered garage and open 24 hours. Parking is approximately $20/day. It’s farther away but another good lower-cost covered option.
