The space

There is a see-through mesh guard on the windows and that the balcony doors do not open due to on going construction in the building for the guest's own safety

Construction Notice: Building construction is currently underway and may affect your stay. Scaffolding and safety netting may partially obstruct views, and balcony access may be restricted. The main pool deck is currently available on weekends only, with weekday closures due to ongoing work. Daytime construction noise, including drilling and grinding, may also occur.

☀ Guests will have full access to the entire home, along with the world-renowned pool deck, state-of-the-art gym, spa facilities, hot and cold plunge pools, as well as the sauna and steam room for ultimate relaxation.

➤ Parking is NOT included. Valet Parking is available for a Fee (Fees vary from $12 to ~$40).

Valet Rates
Please note the following updates to valet pricing:

0–1 Hour: $15 (previously $13)
1–4 Hours: $27 (previously $24)
4–10 Hours: $35 (previously $30)
10–24 Hours: $55 (previously $50)

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.

☀ Kindly keep noise levels low, as this is a luxury residential building
☀ Pool Schedule: The pool schedule remains open on Saturdays and Sundays form 7:00 Am to 7:00 PM
☀ Service Elevator: The service elevator remains out of service due to a pending rope replacement. The materials have been ordered and expected to arrive in the coming week. Installation will take approximately 10 days, with completion targeted towards the end of the Month. Updates will be provided when available.

FOR STAYS OF 1 WEEK OR LONGER:

☀ Guests will be provided with toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries at the start of their stay. After that, it will be the guests’ responsibility to restock these items as needed for the remainder of their visit.
