This unit on the 32nd floor was modern & clean & beds were comfortable. Views from the balconies were beautiful! Communication with the owners ( Andrew/Anastasia) was always quick. The pool & hot tub area was very nice although to get a seat after the beach I would advise getting there by 1:30 pm. Restaurant in the building had a limited menu but food was good. I would not say there were many restaurants nearby unless you had a car. Valet and car retrieval system was very efficient. You are advised to call/text for your car 20-30 minutes in advance which worked perfectly. Car was parked inside the buildings garage all week. We drove up to the boulevard at Margaritaville 2-3 times during the week. (9 minute drive) Many restaurant choices there. Also drove to Gulf Stream RaceTrack one day (very close). If I had to find negatives I would say: You pay additional resort fee to the building management to use the pool, gym & for 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella. The pool & gym are nice. The chairs provided are in one area of the beach bunched together in rows. Too close for our liking. Thankfully we drove & brought our own chairs & umbrella. This allowed us to use the public beach area that was more open/roomy. It would be nice if the owners would provide 2 regular beach chairs and 1 umbrella. There was one tiny canvas sling chair in the closet but I wouldn’t use it. We notified owner on arrival that more paper towels & TP were needed & 2 lights out. Paper goods at door next morning!
