    It's a beautiful Family friendly House located only 5 min away from Sunny Island Beach.
    Just relax and enjoy the proximity to the Beach in a very centric location close to everything.

    Inside this House there’s 5 bedrooms, 3 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a dining area ,SmartTV.

    The backyard has a pool with a Smart TV, Pool table, dining table, BBQ grill.

    3. Bedroom with a 1 TWIN BUNK BED and 1 TWIN (can be converted into a Queen bed upon request) , Smart TV and access to a full shared bathroom.

    5. Bedroom with 2 TWIN BUNK BED, Smart TV and access to full shared bathroom (Open).

    All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

    Kitchen - comes fully stocked with dishwasher, cookware, pots, and pans, drip coffee machine and Coffee free of charge.

    Dining Area - Large table that seats 8 guests

    Laundry Room- There is a washer, dryer, iron with board.

    Outdoor - A private pool has pool floats and lounge chairs available. A gazebo with a dining pool is conveniently located near the pool. Nearby is a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank provided free of charge per stay) . There is a full sized pool table.

    Driveway - Can fit up to 3 cars.
