Welcome to Toniet2 L35 — a luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat in Miami, Florida (2,330 sq ft), designed for unforgettable family fun.

Main house: Room 1 (queen bed), Room 2 (king bed) and the master Room 3 (two queen beds, en-suite bathroom) — all with smart TVs and closets. Two well-equipped bathrooms with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and plenty of soft fluffy towels. Modern living room with comfortable sofa, dining area for group meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, coffee maker, dining table for 6, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, blender, toaster and utensils for children. Modern washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Separate apartment: Room 4 with two queen beds, smart TV and en-suite bathroom, plus another kitchen and dining table — perfect for extended family or extra privacy.

Outside: heated pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture and hammock for relaxing Miami days.

Guests have full access to the entire property and all its amenities. We are always available during your stay for questions or recommendations on what to do and see in the Miami area.

Please note: the villa has multiple security cameras covering only the outside areas of the property, including the pool and common areas. They remain on at all times for security purposes and the safety of guests and the property. Our property undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitization to CDC standards, with a dedicated pre-stay inspection before every arrival. While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, Florida’s subtropical climate can attract critters — please keep doors closed as a preventive measure. After using the BBQ, please close the propane tank valve and make sure the pit is fully off.
