a) No parties, events, or large gatherings
b) No excessive noise, quiet hours are strictly enforced
c) No smoking inside the home
d) Only small dogs are allowed (less than 30 lbs)
e) No littering in or around the property or community

Trash & Cleanliness

a) All trash must be placed in the designated bins located outside the home
b) Please return the home in the same clean condition as when you arrived

BBQ / Charcoal Grill Policy

a) Grill Fee: $75 per stay (automatically waived if grill is cleaned and properly stored after use)
b) To have your fee waived, please ensure:
1. Grill is cleaned thoroughly after each use
2. Grill cover is placed back after cool-down
3. Dispose of all used charcoal.
