Parking was a nightmare and then we had to wait an hour to check in, only to get to our room to find it was over 90 degrees with the air conditioner broken. We were never comped for anything despite reaching out to management numerous times!

This hotel was absolutely horrible, I had the worst experience. First off 2 others my friends booked and by the time we went to check in they had given their rooms away. It was my birthday weekend, I had called and said I was doing a late check. Got to the hotel around 1am. I checked in when I went to go get into the room the keypad wasn’t working. Had to go back down and wait to be given another room at till almost 3am. And it wasn’t even a room that was of same value. It was a downgrade. I made a complaint and I’m still waiting for the “Manager” to call me. They were suppose to reimburse me the difference. Still waiting. To top it off the Ambience was horrible, the place is moldy and dirty and it smelled horrible. The staff is extremely unpleasant and Unprofessional, they do not have Supervisors, nor management what so ever to help the customers. So all the staff says is will leave them a note that’s all we can, so they can’t make changes or do anything for you. Just avoid this place completely.

Lack of service, checked in and got no info. TV did not work, 1 ice machine for entire 2 buildings so no ice available. Bad smell throughout the hotel. Very noisy AC that barely works, parking in unpacked lot with no security so I was not comfortable leaving my car there.

This hotel is ocean front, easy access to the beach, beautiful view on each room, clean, quiet, the front desk people are amazing, there are several options of entertainment, pool, beach, ping-pong table, the chest table, gym, and more. The breakfast is until 11 they understand my lactose intolerance and purchase it to me, of couse I stayed more than 1 week. I need to mention the restaurant, the food is delicious, the decorations is full of details inspired at aviation. Definitely I will be back.

Beautiful old building!! Can't get up to the rooms without key which makes it really safe but rooms are dated and bathrooms are small especially anytime over 6'.

I liked that it was on the beach. I did not like that we were initially given a room without a view although we reserved and paid for one. We went back down to the front desk and had to wait for the staff to return from the bar, I walked past and witnessed them taking shots before coming to help myself and a gentleman that had been waiting before us. The front desk staff argued with us about what a "view" meant before switching our room. It appeared to be people living in the building, which two staff members verified but the following day other staff denied. Air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room. Breakfast was extremely limited to a few items. Beach towels and chairs were not put out until later in the morning. One room on our floor had dogs barking all day and night. There was a curtain rod coming out of the wall in the room with curtains hanging. Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months.

Honesty the only thing that looked like the picture was the pool but the lobby and rooms are very very old the toilet is old the rugs and windows . The only staff that was friendly was Mary other then that the pool was just like the picture and the beach was right next to it that’s the only reason why I stayed .

I booked 3 rooms I lost one day I checked in one day after One of the rooms gave me a key and a person was sleeping, this person was scared and we were also Second day one of the rooms bathroom had issues toilet and tub wasn’t working Cleaning services was terrible. AC in room didnt work. We had to park 2 blocks away, then walk to hotel from our car. Very limited parking. As soon as we got in the room, we had to call for help with TV. Was very unhappy with the room. I'd give zero stars if i was able to.👎🗑

Very peaceful nd convenient. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortabe. My tub was stomped up on my last 2 days. Other than that . I will stay again.

The Ac wasn’t working, I paid in full for a room that doesn’t have what a request that was a room with a view although I paid extra for that, the hotel is so disgusting and has bad aspect.

The worst hotel I’ve ever had, dirty rooms, old building, the staff wasn’t helpful, had to loose my jacket and the staff didn’t offer or do anything, my room door was open for the whole day while I was out, the Ac was broken, parking spot very limited, dirty hotel so people plz don’t waste ur money!!

The parking in extremely LIMITED! Get there either right at check-in time or before, that way you can find a parking spot! The building is older but it is well keep and very clean. The views are amazing!

Property has a great location the pool and beach is what your paying clean property The building was built in 1967 so it seen better days the rooms need some love but over all clean they have a piano and the breakfast was just snacks good stay

The property and rooms are old and tired but the pool and the gym is fantastic. The air conditioning wasn’t great and the breakfast was repetitive. But it was close to the trolley busses and the local bars and restaurants and the beach was amazing and sun beds included. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property was adequate for what we needed
