The house was perfect for an long weekend with extended family including young kids. The layout is nice for multiple families having some privacy. The backyard set-up with fenced pool, pickleball courts, hammocks and a swing set was amazing and kept the kids busy and happy! What truly made the stay was the level of customer support. I had submitted some feedback of a few things that weren't working just for their refence assuming it'd be addressed after our stay and that day someone came out and fixed or replaced all the items. We were all so surprised and appreciative.

This house was amazing, while Miami has endless activities to do, we often didn’t want to leave because of the amenities. The back yard is over the top, and the pool was perfect. The game room was also as advertised. Nani was excellent to communicate with and made the check in and checkout process seamless. The location is also ideal, a short drive to SB with plenty of shopping close to the house. The beds were comfortable, and I heard zero complaints from the other 11 people staying with us. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Good but not great

Our extended family stayed in this property for my son's UM graduation. Setup is great for a large group: the large layout with bedrooms in different areas of the house and wonderful backyard amenities work really well. However, some aspects of the house fell short of excellent. 1. The a/c really struggles. We had average temperatures for Miami in May, and the kitchen/dining/living room and a few of the bedrooms were always hot. It was difficult to sleep in a few of the rooms. We found 1 box fan in a closet which helped a little but not enough. The a/c next to the living room also leaked water. I mentioned this within 2 hours of checking in, and I didn't receive a helpful response or an offer to send a repair person. The house needs either an a/c upgrade or more portable fans. 2. The listing isn't accurate. The 5th bathroom is actually outside near the pool. It's deceiving to describe the house as 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms because no one is going to use an outside bathroom on a regular basis. 3. Misc. notes: Need to add towel hooks or bars in the bathrooms and shelves in the bedrooms. One BR has no closet or storage at all. The kitchen has only a 5 cup Mr. Coffee. For a house that sleeps 12 people, a larger coffee maker should be provided. (The kitchen was otherwise will stocked, but we had to brew coffee 3x every morning.) We had to buy ice & bottled water b/c the frig water dispenser & ice machine barely work. Putter for putting green was missing.

Great for a medium size group

This is an absolutely unique and fantastic property. The outdoor amenities are over the top fund. There are eight spacious bedrooms, a large family room, dining room and easy to navigate kitchen. We were five minutes from the airport and less than fifteen minutes to get to trump.Doral for meetings. Tons of local cuban flavor being in the heart of it.. nani was a great host

Nice Family Spring Break Spot

Nice big area, easy to find something to do, all outside miami activity was within reasonable driving range. Very comfortable and had more than enough space for our family of 9.

What an experience!!

I recently stayed at this incredible VRBO property, and it exceeded all of my expectations! The house was in amazing condition—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The amenities were fantastic! We spent hours enjoying the pool and having barbecues in the big backyard. The beach-like area was a unique touch and made us feel like we were on a tropical getaway. For those who love to stay active, the basket ball and mini-golf was a hit! Inside the house, the fun continued with a pool table in the basement and a ping pong table that kept everyone entertained. *The two arcade games were a nostalgic bonus that added to the overall fun. This property truly has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

Spring Break Family Vacation

We enjoyed the property with so many things to do, inside and out! We spent a lot of time in the pool, playing pickleball, basketball and corn hole, putting on the putting greens, and lounging in the hammocks. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped too. Inside we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and the arcade games. Having separate “wings” in the house offered privacy for our family and was appreciated. A few suggestions would make your guests’ stay even better: add drawers or shelves in the closets to put clothes in/on, provide bath mats to step into when getting out of the shower, and provide hooks in the bathrooms to hang up wet towels and bathing suits. We appreciated the quick response when minor issues came up. This is a great property for a fun family vacation. Full disclosure, though, we didn’t enjoy the Miami traffic.

Great stay in Miami

Had a 3 day weekend with friends in Miami. The property is very well maintained and clean. 8 individual bedrooms, 3 of which had 2 queen beds. Ideal for a large group.The backyard has been done very beautifully with a pickle ball court and a swimming pool.Overall a very nice stay. Would come back again !

Family house.. great for small kids!

House is beautiful.. size is great.. kids will love it! Not really an adult only scenery.. pool was closed in for kids safety… temperature of house keep changing and nights was super hot and uncomfortable, a lot of small bugs in some beds, bathroom and kitchen!

Love thw property and athe amenities. Only complaint would be that the second and third floor bedrooms were hot at night. I would recommend having fans available or address the AC units.

Cant wait to do it again!

Everything about this rental was perfect. We were a group of about 20 people and everyone had o much fun spreading out around the house. The boys had gaming duels going on downstairs with the pool and pingpong tables, playing basketball, at night we enjoyed the pool. We had catering delivered and everything was so easy and fun to setup. Plenty of parking and the host was so great at communication. Cant wiat to rent here or at another one of their many properties in the future!
