cet hôtel est neuf ,assez bien situé pour celui qui veut rayonner entre cap code et boston ,mais il semble qu'il est plus ou moins livré à lui même ,qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de responsable .Il peut donc trés vite basculer dans le mauvais sens Pour exemple ,nous ne nous sommes jamais baignés dans la piscine ,car elle ressemblait plus à une mare vaseuse qu'à une piscine

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had issue where my card was charged twice due to a system glitch, but the staff was quick to correct. Would absolutely recommend anytime.

I am trying to switch rooms bcz I booked one wrong and call motel management and they told me you have to call expedia , They didn’t give me answer back i was called about 30 minutes it’s horrible service for tge expedia and motel management 👎

Nice weekend visit
Bed was incredibly comfortable and shower had recently been renovated. Not a brand new hotel, but has been maintained well and we had a comfortable stay. Two negatives were that our window was stuck open a small crack (we turned the heat up and it was not a problem) and the TV remote was shot. We would recommend this hotel.

The door would jam open as if the door was not level when installed. The wall paper was melting off the wall. The shower soap dispenser had eroded crack and almost falling off. The refrigerator did not keep any of the food cold. The heater was very loud.

The location was very good. The staff was warm and personable. I will tell you your breakfast was so so. The omelet had no taste and the bacon was very greasy. The tub in the room and the shower head needs a good scrub.

Great room.
The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shades for the window were great. It blocked out a lot of unnecessary light. The front counter person when we got there, Christine, was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had great complimentary products.

The stay was horrible! room was damp everything was wet! They over charged and didn't even give us fresh towels or face clothes it was terrible!
