The Space:

The Workday Studio was designed around a full day of work and an easy evening after it.



It sits on the second floor of 89 Cottage Street, 19 steps up from the street, a freshly renovated studio of about 250 square feet.



Its Wi-Fi is one of the strongest connections in the building. When a guest elsewhere needs a steadier signal, this is the room we move them to. A dedicated desk gives the laptop a proper home.



Mornings start at the coffee station, a pod coffee maker and kettle beside a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, toaster and full-size refrigerator.



At the end of the day, the queen bed and smart TV are waiting, a wall unit keeps the room warm or cool, and the private bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.



Garnet Health is a 7-minute drive and Touro a 15-minute walk, and the North Street restaurants are 13 to 16 minutes on foot when it's time for dinner.

Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire Workday Studio, including the dedicated desk, queen bed, coffee station, kitchenette, smart TV and private bathroom.



Check-in is easy and fully self-guided. One smart lock opens the main building entrance at the front right corner of 89 Cottage Street, beside the deli, and a second opens your studio door. Both codes arrive by message on the day of arrival. Your door codes are sent once you complete our short check-in registration form, so please fill it in before you travel. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.



You'll also have free use of our private off-street parking lot behind the building, first come, first served, with one standard-size vehicle per reservation. Shared laundry is in the building at $1.50 a load; pay by card in the app or with coins.



Please note the studio is on the second floor, 19 steps up, and the building has no elevator.

We love hosting guests for stays of up to 29 nights, whether you're in Middletown for work, a medical rotation, school or family. We offer weekly rates, plus discounts for multiple rooms, corporate and government housing, and returning guests. Don't hesitate to reach out with your dates.



The Columbus Suites is a renovated building of 14 studios in downtown Middletown, above a corner deli, so expect normal city sounds and neighbors on the stairs.



Only registered guests are permitted, with no visitors, parties or events. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets. No smoking, vaping or cannabis anywhere in the building.



Exterior and common-area security cameras are in place for guest safety. There are no cameras inside the studios.



A Pack 'n Play with crib sheets is available on request.
