"We had a room that had a severe water leak. The water surrounded the bed and had to be walked through to get in and out of the bed. This was a serious issue and the hotel stated they were full to capacity and didn’t have another room to offer. They also said not provide any refunds or discount."

Despite paying extra charges, we were required to clean, arrange the towels in the closet, wash, throw out the garbage ..."
