« Bed was too soft are and made rumble at every movement : we spent a very bad night, tired in the morning. This should not be in this kind of hotel. No breakfast included in the price, is it a joke ? Should fix this also. Great fitness center. »

« Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! »

« The overall stay was great. The room rate was great, however combined with Zermatt resort fee and Expedia fee negated any savings.
Cold water in bathroom sink didn't work, everything else was great. »

« The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt »

« Our flight arrived late, so we checked in given the information that was sent to us and the room was actually occupied by another traveler. The code worked and the door started to open and the person let us know he was in there. This was 2:00am! Then, the host routed to another room that was in terrible shape with styrofoam in the place of the lock on the door, door didn’t latch, mirror was broken, toilet roll broken. 2 bath towels for 3 travelers (no washcloths or hand towels).
