« The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. « Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid. »

« Stay away from this property manager. The unit was not actually available. Managers are not local and were late to respond to our distress call. We were stranded for an hour before they responded and tried to give us another unit, which also ended up not being available.it was after midnight by this time and I was forced to find a hotel room and pay 3 times the cost of my original VRBO rental. »

« Cute lil place to lay your head. Clean and quaint. The bathroom they described as needing renovation/dated but it was clean and actually very cute & on trend right now. The communication w the host was prompt and easy. Not far at all to downtown or university area- was able to be in both in a matter of minutes . Its location is also close to the belt hwy so if you wanted to go to park city it’s only about 15min away. They do ask that you take your shoes off when entering but my only suggestion...

« I want to start off by saying the hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had an issue with the carpet and they had someone put in an hour. The house is amazing and spacious located in the mountains to enhance the experience with so many attractions located nearby. Although the house was amazing in many ways, there is so much room for improvements.
