If you want the 'Hotel experience' with a 24 open reception, concierge and restaurant. Then this is not the place for you. However if you want a comfortable bed, a great shower, safe location within easy walking distance of the main sights then this is the place for you! Super clean, great facilities in the room, safe, tea and coffee, minibar and tv with Netflix etc on it. I will say finding the place and getting in was not initially obvious. It was only thanks to previous reviews and looking at the street view on google maps that I found it. The door looks like the door to a residential building or office block. You have to look on the list by the door for the AH-Duomo Signature and call them on the intercom to open the main door (after check in you get a fob for the door). Then walk down a corridor, take the lift up to the third floor. Turning left out the lift you find the door to the Hotel. The reception desk is only staffed for a few hours every day but they were really helpful when I spoke to them and they will look after your luggage for you during these hours if you need them to. For me this was the perfect place for exploring the city for a short trip. For a solo female it felt safe and comfortable. Although it did take a minute for me to find the blinds to cover the windows but once I did it was a great black out blind!
