« Very clean, cozy home »

« We were there for 3 days. The room was never cleaned. When we asked for more towels we’re told they didn’t have any. Found clothes, hair and a used bandaid in the room. When my kids walked around barefoot in the room their feet were black. The shower didn’t drain and despite asking daily to have it fixed it never was. They served expired food at breakfast. A bag of trash was out in the hallway the entire time we were there. There was broken glass in the parking lot where it looked like a car...

« Nice hotel, was there for a few days on business. Clean, neat place but the breakfast was very mediocre and served with plastic plates and plastic, disposable cutlery. I complained to the manager that it wasn’t very environmentally conscious and was told to stay at a higher tier hotel in their chain…. She clearly didn’t get it at all. I went elsewhere for breakfast. »

« Room was clean, staff was nice, bed was comfy, kids enjoyed it - what more can you ask for in an overnight stay? Pool was open but we didn’t get a chance to use it - had more fun downtown Bellefontaine than expected. Included breakfast was decent. Skip the coffee and head to town for that. »
