„Laundry service was a little pricey but other than that everything was great. In room service for dinner with plates like Mahi-Mahi and Chicken Pesto Pasta were incredible. Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!“

„Das Zimmer war direkt neben einem Kühlsystem...ich dachte ich wohn in einer Frabrik!“

„The bed was small and hard. The wifi terrible. Breakfast no coffee maschine!! Charge extra to have a Cappuccino. Overall very poor Building quality. Lobby and Restaurant is nice. “

„Das Hotel ist ok, verspricht aber bei der Ankunft mehr als das was die Zimmer bieten und dafür ist es zu teuer, auch wenn das Personal höflich und freundlich war“

„Best of the best service highly recommended“

„Staff are all excellent “

„Family friendly. I’ll definitely come back again.“

„First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee.“

„Although hotel is old, it is Conveniently located , have friendly staff and helpful. Shops and stores and church nearby. Central location and transportation closeby.“

„Excellent room, great staff. Pool and gym under renovation so not available. Food average to good. Location excellent“

„Gutes und sauberes Hotel. Super für den Preis.“

„Our room had a lots of blackout curtains but no windows at all. It never says during booking that no windows. It’s awful and very disappointing. The room is so small. It’s not family friendly at all. Only the lication is good.“

„I had a very disappointing experience staying at this transient. When we first checked in, there was a cockroach in our room, the room had a bad smell, and the water heater wasn’t working.they transfer us to another room, but unfortunately, the flush toilet and bidet in the new room were also not functioning properly. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even worse. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, which is already quite late. To make ...

„The Hotel is located close to Burnham Park. Its clean and tidy, Breakfeast is included and the bed is comfortable. So so value for the money. Alone the size of the rooms is a bit small.“
