« Clean and comfortable room »

« Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant. »

« Everything in the room was perfect, unfortunately my card was charged twice, I inquired about and they refused to refund my money back and now I have not being able to speak with someone! »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« I don't normally stay in hotels let alone write reviews- but I HAD to for this one! Not only is it just a beautiful property, the rooms themselves are so spacious, refreshing, calm, unique and clean! This is also a little more than I typically spend on a room and I had zero regrets! »

« Loved the breakfast! Chef Russell prepared an amazing omelet! We arrived in time for evening reception, enjoyed our cocktails and then requested the shuttle drive us down to the Cascade shopping area. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful! The room was nice, and had a flatscreen in the living area as well as the bedroom. Bed was firm. Shower did not have the best pressure. We were in an outside room on the 8th floor and we could hear the jets fly by. The parking is paid, and they do...

« Hôtel bien rénové mais bruyant si vous donnez sur la route. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme bien longtemps à l'avance j'ai eu une chambre au dessus de l'accueil et face aux ascenseurs, c'est à dire tout sauf calme. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Manque vite de produits et se termine à 9h00. Quartier assez sécuritaire malgré tout. »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Forget the kitchen. Worthless as there were no utensils. Either you bring your own everything or they sell you plates, etc. Microwave was located very low; like a few feet from the floor. Difficult to use. No dishwasher. Poor lighting; one dim lamp or very bright overhead lights. That's the choice. Bathroom was fine. Room was clean. »

« Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return. »
