« Pros: Great location and value for money. Nicely decorated in shabby chic style. 3 beds ranging from soft to firm. Clean, comfy bedding with a variety of pillows. Plenty of towels & wash cloths in bathroom. Good A/C and kitchen amenities. Multiple porch swings. Cons: Thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades and 1 portable fan. Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

« The house had lots of room, But the fence gate was a pain to open every time we left and came back. Hurt my hand and leg on the gate. The house was close to most things we wanted to do. I would stay there again if they fixed the gate. »

« House wasn’t very clean, we ended up having to clean a lot of the counters and house ourselves. The pictures made the house look a lot cleaner and lighter than it actually was. Very good customer service though, they were responsive and sent maintenance over asap when things were needed. Overall experience was good. »

« Very cute and quaint little home. Its location is very convenient, minutes away from down town, Walmart, and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very clean and well maintained. I just wish we weren't so busy during our stay so we could have utilized the BBQ grill and fire pit in the back yard. »

« No glasses, no ice or trays, oversize dorm fridge, stove from the 70s. One small sauce pan, one frying pan, plastic forks, no mixing bowls -impossible to cook a decent meal. The house smelled like per urine, wood floors horribly stained. The furnishings are like what someone would find thrifting - two outdoor plastic lawn chairs are in the dining room. The neighborhood is awful. Our entire Thanksgiving was ruined. We had to throw away all of our perishable food and ended up in a hotel. Host has...

« Nicely arranged rooms. Bedrooms in a quieter part of the home than the living area. Great space for everyone,early risers could be comfortable without waking others. The den & living room provided plenty of seating, kitchen well appointed with the basics. Comfortable beds & nice baths. Enjoyed an afternoon in the quiet backyard. Scott was a quick answer with questions. Will definitely rent again »
