Perfect spot for our weekend away!
This property is absolutely amazing!! Clean, cozy and perfect for us. If you love Berlin and Walnut Creek this house is in the perfect location. Elsie was so helpful and communication was so easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect location
We love it, home is pristine, everything you need available. Have stayed here twice and will again as relatives live in the area. Ideal location and easy to get to all the tourist attractions in Holmes and or Tuscarawas County.

A cute and cozy home away from home!
My girlfriends and I had the best weekend at Elsie’s Guesthouse! The house is probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is extremely spacious and we could all be in there helping cook without stepping on each other’s toes. The bathtub is oversized, great for a late night soak. The living room was so cute and so cozy and we enjoyed looking out the windows at the beautiful scenery and horse drawn carriages. It was the most perfect weekend and we will definitely be staying at the guesthouse again!

Great Home
This is our second stay here. We really enjoy this home. It is convenient to many things in the area but far enough away from town to be nice and quiet at night. We love the woodwork and craftsmanship in the living room and the master bedroom is great.

It felt like home. Very clean and everything available and then some. Thanks to Elsie.
Six ladies 73+ years old that have been friends since childhood stayed at Kingsway Guesthouse for four nights. We shopped in local stores in Berlin, Walnut Creek, Millersburg, Charm. The entire area is a "shop until you drop" atmosphere with lots of antiques. In the evening we gathered and talked, watched tv and snacked. It was a lovely time and we'll be getting in contact with Elsie again next year.

Mother and adult daughters getaway
Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. This cute, cozy, clean house had everything we needed, plus two bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had a TV. There are three couches in the living room, so plenty of seating. Outside there are also plenty of chairs to sit around the fire pit. We all would definitely stay here again. P.S. The AC works great as it was near 90* when we stayed.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
Have stayed here multiple times over the years. Home is always immaculate and is also well furnished. Close to everything in Ohio Amish Country but feels secluded and private. I recommend to everyone I know traveling in the area.

This rental was everything we hoped for and more. The whole process was seamless and the home was so cozy and very clean. My teenage sons loved the chess table that was available. I would highly recommend the property and if we are in the area again we will be back.

Anniversary Getaway
We had a wonderful time as we celebrated our 25th Anniversary in the lovely Kingsway Guesthouse. We enjoyed all the modern conveniences in this newly remodeled and charming home. Clean with great amenities in a GREAT location!
My two sisters and I enjoyed a girls weekend in Amish Country in this darling house. We planned to visit last fall and had a change in our plans. Elsie was very accommodating and let us reschedule our visit without any issues. The location is between Walnut Creek and Berlin, where there is so much to see and do. The house was VERY clean and recently updated. I'd highly recommend Kingsway if you're heading to this location!

Check in and check out were super easy. My sisters & I enjoyed the singing birds & fire pit outside. Inside, we enjoyed plenty of seating in the living room, plenty of sleeping areas, garden tub & clean farmhouse decor.

This house was as described. This was our third trip to the area staying in a rental property instead of a hotel. This property was very comfortable for four adults and 1 child. Plenty of seating in the living room, streaming channels and the kitchen was spacious. The property even had a Christmas tree for us to enjoy.

Stunning!
This home is stunning and the decor is so lovely! I have never stayed in a vacation rental as clean as this one. The living room is huge with an amazingly comfortable couch and love seat. The kitchen is also very big with ample tools for cooking. The owners supplied all the paper goods you need (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, plastic wrap, etc.) and it was great not having to pack them. There was also everything you need in the bathrooms (shampoo, body wash, 2 hair dryers, and much more). They’ve thought of everything! Another nice touch was the wood supplied (which we used) for an outdoor fire. You really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes, and food if you want to eat in. Don’t bother bringing condiments either. They’re all there! We had plenty of hot water for the showers. The king and queen beds were firm but comfortable. I prefer a softer bed and the double bed was very, very hard and uncomfortable. My recommendation to the owners would be to get a topper for that bed. The only issue we had was that the ice maker was broken. There was just a small amount of bagged ice in the freezer for us so we purchased another bag and it worked out fine. The owner indicated a part was on order so that shouldn’t be an issue. We never saw or heard the niece that lives in another separate section of the house so that was not a concern. The home is in a great location for visiting the many different areas of Amish country. Also, we stayed an extra day to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park which is about an hour’s drive away. It was well worth the trip and so beautiful during the Fall season! I would not hesitate renting this home again and give it 5 stars!

This home is hands down the cleanest place I have every stayed. Perfect location to all attractions. Feels like you are walking into a farmhouse magazine picture. Beautiful and tasteful decor. It was just my hubby and I but plenty of room to bring our grandkids on next visit.
