« Decent place for a 1 night stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was adequate for what we needed. Not a knock because we were ok with it, but I think it might be helpful to let people know that the foundation is really bad and many of the floors have some serious sloping that might not be a good thing for elderly people or people with knee or ankle issues. Other than that everything was as advertised. »

« I had to come to Brownwood for work training, and I wanted to stay somewhere quiet on the water. This place DID NOT DISSAPOINT. The owners were awesome, I had to stay an unexpected extra day. « The property is clean, comfortable and has all the essentials that you could want or need. The bed and bedding was comfortable and good quality. The towels were soft, plush. Paula and her local cohost were responsive if you needed them. This is the second time I have chosen this property. The covered part was a huge bonus, it kept the car out of the direct sunlight and kept it much cooler. I highly recommend this property »

« Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road. »

« the kitchen floor was stucky i had to wash the mop and mop, the back porch had an ashtray that someone else used the kitchen had spiderwebs as well as the back porch.. the house was really nice .. they just need a better cleaning crew.. i liked they had a big yard. »
