« Really good cottage only about 2 mins walk from centre of Ambleside. Had everything you need for a nice simple stay in the lakes. Great views from the front room over the hills. They’ve just had a car parking space put in which is very handy. Great communication with owner throughout. Would definitely come back. »

« The positives - property was clean, kids liked it, street parking was convenient, price was reasonable. The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working. »

« Property- fantastic. Many walks to forests/gardens/fells right from the property- Ferry to towns a 10 min walk. Grounds were charming- the kitchen is incredibly well kitted out for those who like to cook- very comfortable beds and the communication was great with the owners. »
