« This house is walking distance from Lower Beech Pond which is incredible swimming in silky water. The house was clean, the kitchen well outfitted, and the beds were comfortable. There is also a hiking trail nearby, Moody Mt. trail, with a rustic cabin at the top. This is very close to Wolfeboro for shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions too. We're glad we stayed here!! »

« Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. « We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot,...

« We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip. »

Some things have been overlooked, such as providing an adequate number of hangers in the closets and a drying rack for hand-washed dishes in the kitchen.
