« 食器家電等の設備は整っており、困った事は無く快適に過ごす事が出来たが、部屋の隅にホコリが残っており清潔感を感じられませんでした。その他に、ベッドの枕も不快臭があり、あまり清潔感はありませんでした。自然の中なので割り切らないといけない部分ではあるが、チェックイン時にカーテンレール部分に虫の付着が多く、約10匹以上の生きた虫が室内におり、殺虫剤も無く対処するのに不便を感じ、不快でした。 ホコリと虫への改善をして欲しいと感じました。 »

« 子ども2人と私の3人で利用させていただきました。一棟建ての宿をいろいろ泊まってきましたが、花hanaさんは設備が至れり尽くせりで大満足でした♪子どもがベッド派と畳派に分かれてるので、ベッドルームも和室も並んであって助かりました。暖炉も初めて使いましたが、チェックイン時に説明もありますが、詳しく書いた説明書もあったので、それを見つつ薪をくべたりしました。 宿までの道のりは道が狭いですが、肥後寿司さんの近くの筋から上に上がっていくのが一番近い道のようです。 »
