Plenty of room for family of 7 adults one teenager. So well equipped. Large dining table, spacious living room, comfortable beds, great porch with grill and large table. Enjoyed the pool and pool house. Very clean. Guidebook provided by hosts online was thorough and answered nearly every question you could think of.

Beyond our expectations

The Southern Ridge Manor was perfect for our team of six corporate leaders. The home is well appointed with furnishings that are of premium quality and the kitchen is well-equipped for any chef. Similarly, the outside area has a top-notch grill, a beautiful outside fire-pit and a pool house that is perfect for relaxing. Each morning, we would have our coffee on the balcony and watch deer roam through the back yard. The owner, Jodi is an excellent communicator and was extremely helpful connecting us with activity companies in the area. Superb accommodations!

Great get-away

Great house and location! It has it all…hot tub, beautiful pool and pool house, putting green, and more. And very clean! Owner was great to work with and was always quick to respond. Definitely a place to come back to!

Relaxing

We all enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the pool & pool house. It was nice having other activities available for the kids to play with when they were not in the pool. It was really beneficial to be so close to town that we could go grocery shopping whenever we needed to. Thanks for the use of such a beautiful home.

Amazing stay!

This house is amazing! They have thought of every detail. The pool and cabana are great and perfect for all ages. They have a refrigerator and smoker in the pool area which was really nice. The putting green and outdoor fire pit was great with the family. All the beds are really comfortable and everything just so clean. All rooms have a nice bathroom with them which was great for our big family. The kitchen is stocked with literally everything. Can’t say enough good things about the house and communication with the owners.

So Clean and Welcoming!

Had a golf weekend with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the house - spotlessly clean and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for all the couples. Owners stayed in contact and were super helpful in finding a pair of eye glasses that were accidentally left there and made it so easy for us to pick them up. Definitely recommend.

Our team recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming house in the woods. Our experience exceeded all expectations. Tucked away in a serene neighborhood, this hidden gem offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. Upon arrival, we were immediately captivated by the exterior's picturesque charm. The property was meticulously maintained, surrounded by lush greenery that provided a sense of privacy and seclusion. The ample parking space ensured a stress-free start to our retreat. Entering the house, we were greeted by a lovey interior that was cozy and warm. It was tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. The large windows allowed natural light to flood the rooms, enhancing the overall brightness and openness. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. The thoughtful touches, such as local honey added a personal touch along with the multiple coffee-pot options. An additional standout feature of this home were the outdoor spaces. The well-maintained patios provided a perfect setting for morning coffees and evening relaxation. Communication with the property owner was seamless, and they were quick to address any questions I had. Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. In terms of location, the VRBO was ideally situated. It was one of the easiest places to find and get to from Atlanta while still being off the beaten path.

Friends getaway!

Another great Friends getaway in the books and Southern Ridge Manor did not disappoint. We were full capacity, 7 couples, but we did not feel crowded. Several outdoor spaces to spread out. In the evenings the men enjoyed the outdoor fire pit while us Ladies chatted around the gas fire pit on the first floor. The cabin was clean & well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, just a short distance from downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Jodi was a gracious host and was quick to respond to all our questions & request. Great place to stay & highly recommended!

Perfect Family Retreat

The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and then some. There were games to play which was nice. The fire pit was perfect for roasting hot dogs and s’mores! The location was close to downtown Blue Ridge which was such a nice place to spend the day. The communication with Jodi was excellent. She provided great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. We hope to visit again next year.

Wonderful

We had 5 couples staying and all had a great time. We wished the kitchen had been a little bigger and that we could have had a fire in the fireplace downstairs in the game room. All in all though The house was a great fit for us. We even saw several deer not far from the house.

Family Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed. Jodi and Steve were excellent hosts. The temperatures were below freezing and Jodi was constantly contacting us to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet weekend getaway
